Your estrogen and progesterone levels are slowly increasing over the course of your pregnancy, meaning they are not fluctuating like the menstrual cycle. So, there is no need to take FOL in the first half and LUT in the second half of the ‘cycle’. However, you and baby can still gain macro and micro nutrients by consuming Seed Cycle Blends together e.g ¾ of a cloon of FOL and LUT each day. The pill essentially puts key hormones estrogen and progesterone to sleep, which means they are not fluctuating.
