Seed Cycling With The Menstrual Cycle

Step 1

Track your cycle to understand where you are. Read more on how to track your cycle here. Knowing when you have your period is obvious - but ovulation? Not so much. We recommend the basal body temperature method and cervical mucus recording. Kindara app makes this super easy to record and track.

Step 2 

Start your daily seed cycling at either your period (day 1) with FOL blend (purple half circle) or ovulation (approx day 14) with LUT blend (orange half circle). Refer to the graphic below.


Seed Cycling With The Moon Phases

This is for those who don't menstruate, menopausal individuals or people who have lost their cycle. The moon phases mimic the menstrual stages.

Step 2

Start taking FOL from new moon to the full moon and LUT full moon to the new moon. Doing the opposite is fine too, as long as you start your Seed Cycle Blend on either full moon or new moon.
