EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive 2023/2673), customers who have purchased from us while located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order — no reason required.

Your Withdrawal Rights

  • You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to withdraw from the contract.
  • You do not need to give a reason for withdrawing.
  • Once you withdraw, we will refund your payment (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever is later.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. unsealed food or supplement products).
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

What Happens Next?

  1. We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your withdrawal within 1 business day.
  2. Return your goods to us within 14 days of submitting this notice. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
  3. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
