About Your Hosts
EMILY CLAIRE AND ROCHELLE VRANJES MARREIROS
Emily is a Registered Midwife and Accredited Fertility Educator at Phase Fertility. She brings her years of experience in the field as well as her personal experience of coming off the pill and feeling the highs and lows of imbalanced hormones. She not only supports new mums as a midwife but also helps 100’s of women understand their cycle intimately. She educates on the Sympto-Thermal Method as a way of effective natural contraception or to help with conception. She is obsessed with being women and inspires others to feel the same.
Rochelle is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Founder of Seed Cycle Blend. She suffered her whole menstruating life with debilitating cramps, PMS and mood swings until she asked why is this happening in the first place? This led her to study nutrition, discover the clinically proven protocol of seed cycling to naturally balance hormones and end her cramps for good. She made this into a ready-to-use seed cycling product - Seed Cycle Blend to help women reduce their symptoms all around the world. She’s incredibly passionate about rewriting the definition of ‘Being Hormonal’ as something that we celebrate and embrace - not vilify and dismiss.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this event suitable if I'm on the pill?
Yes. Even while on the pill you can still benefit from understanding hormones, nutrition, and how your cycle works. If you’re thinking about coming off the pill in the future, this event will be especially supportive and give you tools to make the transition smoother.
Is this event suitable if I am postpartum?
Yes. Postpartum is a time of big hormonal change, and understanding what’s happening in your body as your cycle returns is so valuable. You’ll learn how to support your hormones as they recalibrate, and how to chart your cycle for natural contraception or for planning future pregnancies.
Do I need any prior knowledge about hormones or cycle charting?
Not at all. This event is designed for beginners and for anyone curious about their body, whether you’ve never tracked your cycle before or you’ve been experimenting with it for years. Everything will be explained in a clear, practical way.
Is this event about fertility?
Not exactly. When we talk about female fertility, we mean your body’s ability to ovulate (release an egg from the ovary) - not just make babies. Regular ovulation is a key metric of a healthy cycle and balanced hormones. This event is about understanding your fertility, whatever your goals.
Will I learn everything I need to start using the Sympto-Thermal Method for contraception?
You’ll get an introduction to the Sympto-Thermal Method - how it works and what it can show you about your fertility. To use it confidently and effectively as contraception, ongoing learning and personalised support is recommended. You’ll leave this event knowing exactly what your next steps are.
Can I come if my cycle is irregular?
Yes. Irregular cycles are often a sign of underlying hormonal imbalance, and the tools we share around nutrition, lifestyle, and charting will help you understand your patterns better and support your body towards balance.
Is this just for women?
The content is tailored for those with menstrual cycles, but anyone who wants to better understand female hormones and cyclical health is welcome.
Is this event suitable if I am entering perimenopause?
Absolutely. Perimenopause can feel unpredictable, and learning how to support your hormones with nutrition and lifestyle makes a real difference. The Sympto-Thermal Method can also help you track changes, spot shifting hormone patterns, and know when your period is due - which can bring more ease.
Is this event suitable if I am entering menopause?
This event is designed for women who are cycling, so menopause itself isn’t our focus. While some of the nutrition and lifestyle tools we share are supportive at any age, there are specialists who focus solely on menopause and can offer more comprehensive guidance for this season of life.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, a notebook and pen if you like taking notes, and an open mind. Everything else is provided - including a free goodie bag valued at $200.
I have food allergies - who do I notify regarding the nibbles?
Please email info@seedcycleblend.com if you have any food allergies. And we will do our best to accomodate you.
