Seed Cycle Blend Ltd (Seed Cycle Blend) is a New Zealand based company whose mission is to support women in achieving their health and wellness goals in regards to their cycle. We are committed to providing the best product and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.seedcycleblend.com.

Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the New Zealand Consumer Law and regulations.

Change of mind

  1. If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
    • in saleable condition;
    • unused with all original packaging;
    • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
    • not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
    • the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Seed Cycle Blend, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
  3. Please choose carefully when purchasing products that contain any e-books or digital material as we are not able to refund purchases (for change of mind)

Consumer guarantees

  1. If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
  2. If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable time.
  3. Seed Cycle Blend will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

Return tender

  1. Refunds will be given using your original payment method

Gift or bonus with purchase and packages items

  1. Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
  2. In the instance of package offers, all items within the package must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
  3. Where items in the package cannot be returned (such as the e-books or digital material) you will only receive a refund on the value of the merchandise as per this policy and at the discretion of Seed Cycle Blend.

Privacy when making a return

  1. Seed Cycle Blend is committed to protecting your privacy.
  2. Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Seed Cycle Blend research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.

Sales

  1. If products are on sale they will not be refunded.

If you wish to receive a refund please email info@seedcycleblend.com where our customer service team can work to resolve the problem with your order. Please do not contact Paypal directly to lodge a dispute, as we can work quicker to solve your problem directly via the email above.


You will be refunded the same way you paid. If you paid via:

  • Credit card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited to the same account your payment came from. 
    •

    Once your claim for a refund has been approved, our accounts department processes this for you within 7 business days.

    *Please note that your financial institution/ PayPal can take extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
