What is seed cycling?

Seed cycling is a nutritional practice of consuming specific ground seeds at different times of the menstrual cycle. This helps to naturally support hormonal balance and reduce menstrual symptoms

How do I use Seed Cycle Blend?

Add 2 tablespoons daily to smoothies, yogurt, or any food you already eat. Use the FOL blend during your Follicular Phase from the first day fo your period until ovulation, or roughly half way through your cycle. Then switch to LUT blend during your Luteal Phase from ovulation until your next period or roughly the second half of your menstrual cycle. If you don’t have a period you would take FOL blend from the new moon until the full moon then switch to LUT from the full moon until the new moon.
