Movie Night (Sold Out)

Held at Alberts lush private theatre where we will be watching a not yet publicly released chick flick 'Are You There God It's Me Margaret'. The theme of this evening will be exploring how we were introduced to the menstrual cycle, our relationship with it now and how we can create positive stories for the next generation.
You will get a glass of bubbles or hot drink on entry and enjoy some delicious seed cycling choc top mini ice creams!

Skin + Cycles

Hosted with Tayla Wiehahn from Tayla Made Nutrition our registered Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist will take us through how our skin changes throughout the cycle and how to care for it. Rochelle (Seed Cycle Blend Founder) will go through non-tox and ethical skincare products she uses in each phase of the cycle. 
You will get a goodie bag with over $50 worth of skin loving treats and a skin supporting/hormone nourishing snack and non-alc cocktail to enjoy.

Sex + Cycles

We will be joined by the sister of our Seed Cycle Blend founder - Certified Holisitic Sex Coach - Melissa Vranjes. We will discuss the dance of our hormones and arousal levels throughout the cycle. How to tap into our sexuality throughout the phases of the cycle and how to communicate our needs or boundaries to a partner or lover. 
This talk will include a pleasurable treat and indulgent seed cycling snack

Sound + Cycles

We wrap up our series with a beautiful sound bath by Sarah Tanner where we lay down, let everything go and let the vibrations of music wash over the body. This evening we will use sound to connect with our womb space and develop tools to build resilience during our premenstrual phase. You will walk away feeling calm and light.
